Created by Audrey Saunders in 2000 at the Pegu Club in New York as a departure from the Moscow Mule, replacing vodka with gin and adding mint to ginger beer for a refreshing Gin Gin Mule!

GARNISH: cucumber slices & mint leaves
Préparation
Place the mint leaves, lime juice and elderflower liqueur in your shaker.
Use the pestle to press the lime and mint leaves to release all the flavours.
Fill your highball glass and shaker with ice.
Pour the gin into the shaker, close and shake hard for 9 seconds.
Double-strain the mixture into your highball.
Add ginger beer.
Garnish with 2-3 mint leaves and cucumber slices.
