Watermelon Fizz

- 1 Shaker
- 1 cocktail strainer
- 1 pestle
Ingredients
- 5 cl Gin
- 3 cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1,5 cl Sugar syrup
- 100 gr Watermelon
- Sparkling water
- Crushed ice
Préparation
- Mash the watermelon in a shaker.
- Add gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
- Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Decorate with a wedge of watermelon.
