The Tribute Olive Lemonade

NATURAL LEMON JUICE: After harvesting the lemons, the skin is immediately peeled to recover the peel which is then macerated and distilled. The juice is extracted from the fruit to serve as a base for this lemonade.
OLIVES AND LEMON ZEST: The zests are then distilled in water with a small amount of Olives to extract their essential oils. They bring aromas and an incomparable touch of Olive.
SEA WATER: A little sea water is also added to enhance the flavor of the olives and lemons.
PUREST WATER: The water comes from a spring owned by the distillery and is filtered through a process of reverse osmosis to ensure the best demineralization and flavor removal.
THE FIZZ: To obtain the strongest and longest lasting bubbles, the distillery uses the latest technology to cool the liquid to 2 C. They obtain a perfect balance between freshness and “Fizziness” to sublimate all cocktails.
