A 100% craft tequila made from blue agaves hand-picked by Jimadores (agave growers), then slow-cooked for 3 days in traditional brick ovens.
Handcrafted using a 500-year-old process: the use of (volcanic)Tahona stone to extract juice and syrup from agave fibers.
Altos Blanco (100% agave)
Bottled immediately after distillation to obtain a refined transparency.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Herbaceous notes of cooked agave. Slightly acidic, sweet aroma.
Palate: Sweet on the palate, with tangy notes of lime, lemon and cooked agave.
Finish: Balanced, pleasant and long on the palate.
